Don Crucifixto Global

Talent & Publishing

Careers built like
companies.

Management from someone who ran businesses before he ran a career — and who learned the paperwork the expensive way, so the roster does not have to.

Talent Management

Artist management built by someone who ran companies before he ran a career.

Talent Management signs and develops artists, writers and creators — and holds them to the same standard the founder holds himself to: own your masters where you can, understand the paperwork, and build something that survives a bad quarter.

The division is deliberately small. Every signing gets the group's full apparatus behind it — studio, visual team, television, live business and the commercial relationships that come with them.

What A Signing Gets

The whole company, from day one

  • Studio and production — access to the group's producer bench and recording time that is not billed back as recoupable theatre.
  • Visual team — campaign photography, music video and cover art through the same people who make the founder's own work.
  • Television — a place in DC Chronicles, which puts an artist in front of an audience before the first single ships.
  • Live business — billing on group-promoted events, and representation into other people's.
  • Publishing administration — splits registered from the session, not reconstructed two years later from memory.

The Roster

Deliberately small

The division signs slowly. A roster the company cannot fully resource is a list of people being quietly disappointed.

New signings are announced individually through the official channels, with the artist introduced properly rather than added to a grid.

Alongside the signed roster sits a working bench of collaborators the group returns to release after release — the writers, features and producers whose names are on the records.

07 — Songwriting · Catalogue · Sync

Publishing

Songwriting and composition administered properly, so the writing keeps earning long after the release week.

Publishing administers the group's compositions and those of the writers it signs — registration, collection, splits kept clean from the session onward.

It is also where the catalogue meets film, television and advertising. A song placed correctly is worth more over a decade than a song promoted hard for a fortnight.

Submissions

What we look for

01

A finished point of view

Not a finished record. We can build the record. We cannot build the reason someone should care who made it.

02

Work rate over polish

The artists who last are the ones already working before anyone paid them to. Talent is common; the willingness to do it badly for two years is not.

03

Someone worth being in business with

Management is a decade-long relationship. Character is not a soft consideration — it is the whole risk model.
